Is this shower system compatible with solar or electric water heaters?
Yes. The ceramic cartridge and brass body are designed to withstand water temperatures up to 85°C produced by solar water heaters.
Important notes:
For solar water heaters: Ensure balanced cold and hot water pressure; installing a pressure-regulating device is recommended.
For instant electric water heaters: The power output must be sufficient to maintain the required flow rate for the showerhead.
Regular cleaning of the showerhead and filter screen helps prevent limescale buildup that could otherwise affect temperature control accuracy.

Can I order samples before bulk production?
Yes. First-time customers may order samples of 1 to 10 sets to evaluate product quality. Sample lead time is 7 to 10 days. Sample cost is refundable on bulk orders of 500 sets or more.
